Anthony's least favorite part about me

If you've met me, you've met "the turkey" and "the snail."
This was not my idea. I think I got it from some summer camp I was a camp counselor at, or something...
Anyway, I have definitely passed this knowledge on, and it is only fitting that I pass it along to you, bloggers.

These pictures were taken on Photo Booth on my laptop, so they look SUPER crappy. Really, I should have waited for Amy to work her magic with her camera, but I just couldn't wait to share this with you. Not really. I'm just too lazy to take the time to look cute to get my picture taken. So this is what you get.

1. Go in for your typical high five.

2. Right before you're about to do "the clap," make your hand into a fist with your thumb sticking out.

3. After they look at you incredulously, say, "Turkey." They will either be amazed by your skills or incredibly annoyed.

And now, for "the snail."

1. Go in for a "pound it."

2. Right before you're about to fist-bump somebody, make your hand into a fist with your pointer and index fingers pointing outward, kind of like an awkward "peace out" situation.

3. After they look at you in astonishment, say, "Snail." Again, they'll either be enthralled by your talent or bothered by your childish behavior.

See, I'm not always thoughtful and melancholy. I can be fun. Right? Ha.

You love this. I know you do.
Ant hates it. He gets this kind of a look whenever I trick him:

Okay, not really. It's more of an eye roll, I guess.

But seriously-- it's fun. You should try it.

Cheers :)

Haha! My friends and I do this too. And we've got many others we've come up with. I'm not good at remembering to do it, though. I actually get turkey-ed all the time! ;)
