Here's the recipe. They are delicious. We had to triple it, but you probably won't have to... unless you just like funnel cakes that much.
5 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1 t salt
4 C flour
1 t vanilla
1 T baking powder
3 T and 1 t sugar
Mix together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Add baking powder and flour. Mix well. Using a funnel swirl, crisscross into hot grease. Cook on each side until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with favorite fruit topping.
