Introducing, Shunuhnuhnuhnuh and Mehr!

Yesterday was such an awesome day! Ant and I both have Sundays off, so I got to spend the day with him. We went to El Maguey for lunch, and he bought me sopapillas because I was whining about craving cinnamon rolls. (the kind you get in the tube at the store)

It was delicious, but I am holding Anthony responsible for my gut.

So... he must like me a lot, because he agreed to go antiquing with me. This is my favorite thing to do. Next time, Smeather Freelman needs to go with us. **hint

Okay, these cups are creeeeeepy. Do kids actually like drinking out of things like this??

Really?!?! Less tar?!?!?

I bought these two books. I love finding books at antique/thrift stores. I used to read The Bobbsey Twins series as a kid, and now I own like.. five? I'm thrilled. Did you all ever read Beatrix Potter?? My mom always read these books to us. She even made us quilts/window treatments that were Beatrix Potter themed when my sister and I were kids. I think she even made me a jumper out of Peter Rabbit fabric. Let's just say that these books are dear to my heart. I love my mom.

Anthony bought me this super cool candle thing. I don't really know what it is, but it sorta looks like a bunch of mini lanterns hanging down. The tea lights fit perfectly, and I love it. I was gonna buy it, but when we got to the counter he just paid for everything. He's so nice. I put some gas in his car, though, so I'm nice too... right? Haha :)

He also bought me this awesome gum ball machine. We still have to buy gum balls, though. I am stoked!! It's really cool. This picture doesn't do it any justice. Come over to my house and have a gum ball and YOU WILL SEEEEEE!

This was something else that I was supposed to buy, but he butted in and just bought it for me. I have been wanting one of these things for a long time, but they were always too expensive. I think this was $8? It's in really good shape, I think. Now I just need little thimbles and other trinkets to put in it!

So while we were at Wal-Mart looking for gum balls, I ended up in the fish section. SUDDENLY, I WANTED A FISH!!! Ant decided the he wanted a fish, too. So... we went to a pet supply store and got fish!! Anthony got a puffer fish, which is really pretty dumb of him. They require complicated food and water. My fish are easy to take care of, given that they are goldfish. I am smart. He wouldn't let me post the picture that I took of him because he looks creepy. Sorry :( He named his fish Charlie Day. Check out the TV series, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia if you don't know the reference. It's a hilarious show.

I got two fish, because I had two epic names for them. I'd like to introduce you to Shunuhnuhnuhnuh and Mehr.

This is Shunuhnuhnuhnuh.
I have found myself saying, "Shunuhnuhnuhnuh," while walking in slow motion, swinging my arms. I didn't realize why I was doing it until I was watching an episode of The Office and an episode of Scrubs.

Now, combine that with:

And you get:

Oh gosh, that's so embarrassing. But I had to explain the name!!

And now I'd like you to meet Mehr.

It's pronounced:

Aren't they so cute?! They better not die.

I had such a wonderful Sunday. I am very blessed.

Tonight, I am going over to Amy's for dinner and a movie/whatever. My life is super busy, but I can honestly say that I am happy. It's a nice place to be.

I hope that you all have a wonderful week!

EDIT: PS- Follow me on twitter! I'm beginning to like twitter. Yay for more social networking. (Lizzery)

Cheers!
