Green Out

You know, like, Maroon Out? A&M? Anyone? Okay, I'm from Texas. It's okay.
Anyway, it's St. Patrick's Day! Yahoo! I have seen a lot of residents with green dentures, today. That's what happens when you serve green cupcakes at lunch. I was cracking up all day. I'm home for a few minutes before I have class and then I'm heading back to work. I have to come up with something to bake tonight... and I'll need to stick within this green theme.

Anyway, I had a hilarious conversation with my brother last night on my mom's phone. I was in my night class, and this provided a lot of entertainment; although, I was trying to keep my laughter on the inside, so as not to draw attention to the fact that I was breaking the rules.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did. Keep in mind that my brother is twelve. I also don't talk to him, unless he answers my mom's phone... or when I'm in Texas. This makes our conversation even more funny.

Yep, what you see is what you get.

Okay, well, I have some things that I've been thinking about, recently, and I will be sharing those thoughts when I'm not trying to squeeze a blog post in-between work and school. Hold on to your hats, please.

I told you. Green Out!

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! Enjoy that food coloring.

Cheers ;)

haha! That was a cute convo!
I love my brother! He texts me crazy things all the time too and his is 20 years old!

Hey if you need an easy idea for St. Patty's we did a veggie tray for lunch to look like the irish flag and it was so easy. Just celery, cauliflower, and carrots. In three stripes. With ranch dip in the middle. Then we printed out a little Irish flag and put a toothpick in it. Stuck the flag through a cauliflower. It was easy, healthy and cute.

Haha. I love little kid texts. My niece got a cell phone and she texts me similar things, what a nut. {not in a bad way} I got that photo app too, still trying to figure it out but that photo looks sweet! Oh and now I can't get the picture out of my head of a bunch of old people smiling with green dentures. So awesome. Have a lovely St. Patty's day!
